We hope you love your new purchase, but on the off chance that the sizing isn’t right or you’re not happy with your purchase we are more then happy to offer you a Store Credit on all purchases (Excluding Sale items).
Conditions of Returns:
Items must be returned to Aces Original within 14 days of your purchase delivery date in their original condition, unworn with tags still intact.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend using trackable postage, as any returns lost in transit or not received by us will not be issued a return.
Please email us at email@example.com to request a return with your Name, Order Number and Reason for return. We will then provide you with the return address.
If items are received by Aces Original and have signs of wear, sunscreen or deodorant they will be returned to the sender and not issued a return.
All items are checked for quality control before being packed and sent on their way to their new home, however full refunds will only be issued on items that are deemed faulty by Aces Original.
All refunds will be determined by Aces Original.
